Qualification of Crop Inspector, Seed Sample Collector, and Seed Analyst will be as follows:-
(a) Being a Nepali citizen,
(b) At least a bachelor's degree in agriculture from a recognized educational institution or having passed a certificate level in agriculture and having at least ten years of experience in seed production,
(c) Having passed the examination conducted by the committee,
(d) In case of a civil servant who has reached the qualification according to Clause (b), the approval of the office in which he is serving.
